Offical Wisconsin Spring Rally - 5/12-14/2006

Spring is just around the corner, and we are rapidly preparing for the first rally of the year.

May 12 - 14 at Evergreen Campsites in Wild Rose, WI.

IMPORTANT: Evergreen handles their group reservations differently than some previous locations. Instead of everyone calling to make their own individual reservations, they have set aside a block of sites (see details below), and would like the group coordinator, I guess that would be me , to arrange who goes where. They have told me if you call the campsite, that they will tell you to call me for your reservation

Kathi at Evergreen is sending me some forms for capturing the proper details for each individual site. You will send your preferred site number and deposit (One night value, $33) to me, either check or credit card. Then, once we feel we have most of the group set, I'll send it all in and the sites will be set for each person's name.

The main block that we have set aside is an island between 1st & 2nd Streets and conists of sites 245-257 and 146-158 (both of these sets back each other up). As an overflow area, we have 1/2 of another island (across 2nd Street), sites 232-246. Again this is overflow, and if possible, we'd like to fill the 245-257 and 146-158 sites first.

The next post will start the list of sites. Please review the list and post which site(s) you would like. Also, there is a set of 3 cabins across 1st street if anyone has any non-camper owning friends that would like to join in. Those are 149-155.
