Queen size bed overhead in the back, two couches that make down into twin beds, sufficient room to haul one or two motorcycles or two 4 wheelers. Back door lets down for drive in loading.. Living area has 2 couches & dining table.. Five new tires. Two butane bottles. One hundred gallon fresh water tank, forty gallon black tank and forty gallon gray tank. Six-gallon hot water heater. Two stabilizer jacks. Excellent condition & used very little. New alarm system. It has 12,000 pound axels & springs. Has 12 inch disk brakes. Also has electric tongue jack.
