5th wheel model 30RLT TRIPLE SLIDE. Built by MONACO.
The MEDALLION is the high end version of their HOLIDAY RAMBLER PRESIDENTIAL, and with more standard features. 30RLT is a 31 ft. rear lounge triple slide unit. Kitchen, dining room and bedroom on slides. Configuration is very spacious with a convenient open floor plan allowing operation of all functions even with the slides closed. This is great when stopping for lunch or a quick overnight stay.
Standard features include Western Oak Cathedral raised panel cabinets, gel coat fiberglass exterior sidewalls, solid surface kitchen/bath counter tops with integrated sinks, RV 2000 one piece roof, glass door shower with toilet behind door, day/night pleated shades, queen size bed, 8 cu ft 2 way 2 door refrigerator with raised panel oak door inserts, heavy duty 50 amp electric service, microwave and more.
Convenient side kitchen and multiple large windows make for a spacious and well-lighted interior. The shower and toilet are in a separate room with door for a very livable bedroom suite.
Optional items include double glass thermopane type windows for additional comfort/insulation, 19" color TV, exterior patio radio and CD, 19 ft patio awning with cover, Fantastic ceiling fan (exhaust or intake) with thermostat, oversized 15.0 kBTU air conditioner plus heavy duty axles and truck tires.
Chevy Duramax diesel tow vehicle with extended cab is also available. They were set up as a matched combination, which pull and ride wonderfully.
We have really appreciated the comfort and features of the spacious interior arrangement and lived in this unit while we were building a home. Now we find that we are not traveling as much so would like someone else to enjoy this RV as much as we have.
