We purchased the outfit in January 2003 and have used it as our “holiday home in North America”. We now are returning permanently to our home and family in England hence are reluctantly selling the outfit at a very realistic price, completely equipped with everything that you will need to enjoy luxury living on and off the road. Our Carriage Cameo is what we would describe as middle range as far as 5th wheels go. It is a big step above basic but does not have solid gold fixtures, as I am sure some must have. We have been more than happy with it. It is 30’ 11” long and has two slide outs. One in the bedroom and the other large one in the living space. Both are electrically operated. The bedroom has a full 8’ wardrobe across the front with full width shelf above the hanging rail and three shelves at one side leaving 6’6 hanging space. The doors are fully mirrored. The bed is a 5’ queen size and full length with padded headboard and windows at the sides in the slide. A good interior spring mattress with pillow top. There are also a run of six large drawers with counter top and two cupboards over and a TV shelf. There is a three speed, reversible fantastic fan in the roof controlled by a wall switch. The bedroom is full standing height and the bathroom area 6’6. There is a walk through bathroom with large shower with dome window and blind. It is fitted with handrail. Washbasin set on spacious cupboard with mirrored bathroom cabinet over with three ‘make up lights’ above. The toilet is separate with cupboard behind the commode and floor to ceiling linen cupboards. The roof vent with fan is fitted with a roof cover allowing it to be open through any weather. There is a draw across screen, which can keep the bedroom private if required. There are four double power receptacles in the bedroom area the bathroom and bedroom area is accessed by two steps and can be closed off with a sliding door. The kitchen is on the near side and has a large refrigerator and freezer with cupboard over. A tall pull out larder fitted with wire shelves. The stove is a three burner with piezo ignition and oven. There is a cover for the stovetop and spice rack and knife slots behind and pan drawer underneath. There is an effective cooker hood and above this the microwave and above that another cupboard. A stack of four drawers follows with double sinks with plenty of cupboard space below. The faucet is fitted with water filter and there is a pull out spray tap alongside. The counter top is angled round slightly and has a fold down section at end to further increase counter space. One cupboard contains a drop in waste bin. There is a wide outside door and steps with fold away handrail. The rear end has picture windows with additional opening windows at the sides. There are two full size reclining, swivel, and rocker chairs. The slide out is on the off side and contains a luxury sofa with hide away bed. Two cupboards with smoked doors are fitted over. Forward of this is the dinette with storage beneath the seats. All windows are fitted with lambrequins and pelmets with night and day concertina type blinds. There are seven double power receptacles in the living area. It is also fitted with TV wind up Ariel, built in TV connections and phone connections. On the forward bulkhead and directly facing the reclining seats is the entertainment centre with smoked ‘glazed’ doors above, 19 inch television and excellent hi fi and dvd player. Alongside the hi fi are two useful drawers, an open space below and below that a good cupboard. All the woodwork is light maple with champagne décor giving a very light and airy feel. The roof is fitted with another fantastic fan with three speeds, reverse and wall switched with roof cover enabling it to be open through any weather. There is also a ceiling paddle fan. The whole has excellent lighting. A smoke alarm is fitted. Outside there are huge basement lockers fully carpeted and insulated. There is a 33,000 BtU furnace and a 15,000 BtU air conditioning unit both remotely controlled from within. The water heater is of 10-gallon capacity and heated by either propane or electricity. The front legs are electrically operated and fitted with snap release feet. There is an 18’ carefree awning. There a rear ladder fitted giving access to the roof. There is a spare wheel and two six-gallon propane tanks with automatic change over valve. The black water tank is 60 gallons and the grey water is 40 gallons and there is a 40-gallon fresh water tank. The tanks are fitted in the basement, which is heated by the furnace. The black tank is fitted with a flush system. There are full-length extensions in addition to the standard electric, water and sewage link ups together with all necessary fixtures and fittings. The 5th wheel comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Kitchen appliances include breadmaker, coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, electric whisk, small food processor and George Foreman grill. An upright hoover is included also a small three-step ladder and two folding tables. The linen comprises three sets of bed linen, three sets of towels, kitchen towels, dishtowels mats and rugs. There is freestanding 2000 watt Honda ‘silent’ generator that can be used in State, Provincial and National Parks. Included also is an electric heating element for the water supply line. There are two garden chairs and a grass rug and various leveling boards and wedges. TOW VEHICLE AVAILABLE: The Truck is a 2000 Ford 3/4 T 142SD Super cab SRW 4x4 and includes: Deep Wedgwood blue paintwork with harvest gold accent Parchment leather lariat trim Cab steps Air-conditioning AM/FM stereo cassette and clock Premium alloy wheels 6.8 Efi V10 gas engine Electronic 4-speed auto transmission 8800 GVWR Package Electronic shift on the fly Spare tire and wheel Full towing package Powered telescopic mirrors Reese 5th wheel hitch with slide Both truck and 5th wheel have been fully serviced and maintained to the Manufacturers specification. The whole outfit, complete and ready to enjoy, is for sale at $56,000 by us, as we have now to return to our family in England and reluctantly leave our “Stateside Home” behind.
