Overhead bed makes a full size. Two burner stove, sink, hotwater heater, furnace, closet. Fridge runs on LP or 110. Fully automatic Fantastic Vent with rain sensor and thermostat. Dodge Ram 3500. 318 Engine. Three speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Cab air conditioning (new system). Six seatbelts. CD player with remote. This van has made numerous trips from SLC to California and consequently has 162K miles. Averages 12 miles per gallon. This reliable van easily starts right up no mater how long it's been parked. It runs and drives smooth. I'd trust it to take me anywhere. It's just too small for our family. (best for 1 or 2 people). It has a brand new winter cover. Also a sun bonnet for windshield, and tire covers. It's just had a fresh oil change and I'll top off the gas tank at time of purchase.
