This Park Model customized 40'Franklin TT has been excellently cared for. I bought it new, but now have had to move to another situation. It is 8'6" wide with HIGH CEILINGS (7'6") with 1 power-slide out in the living room. It has: 2 bedrooms (queen and 2 single beds), int.and ext. deluxe package, sage green carpet w/oak floor in bath and kitchen, oak cabinets, linen walls and drapes, ducted AC, 30M propane heater ducted to all rooms, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, TV antenna w/booster and 3 cable-ready jacks, AM/FM stereo CD player (sound to all rooms), 10 gal gas/elec water heater, self-contained(2 waste and 1 fresh tank), electric jack and 4 scissor jacks, auto LP and two 7 gal. propane tanks, 2 door refrig/freezer, 20" apartment-size 4 burner range w/oven, microwave, 21' awning, dinette table folds down to bed with storage under benches (I had Custom heavy-duty oak drawers installed under benches for easy access!), 3 roof vents w/fan vent in bathroom, house-style toilet,garden tub w/shower, 2 doors w/dead bolt locks (the main door is extra-wide), queen bed has lift-up storage underneath, the twin beds w/storage under and overhead cabinets, queen hide-a-bed sofa, mirrored huge closet in queen bedroom. This unit also has an outside shower and is double-insulated in floor and ceiling. It is NADA price quoted as $33,755 for average retail used condition. With the 2 bedrooms and the roomy bathroom w/washer and dryer, it is a great trailer for living in full-time. I have kept this trailer very clean and am a NON-SMOKER with NO PETS!
