Beautiful medium oak wood cabinets with burgundy and cream decor on dinettes, sofa, bedspread and curtains, etc. Tons of storage space, inside and out, most with lights. Hitch light, rock guard on front window, dual 30 lb propane tanks with regulator, automatic switch-over and cover. Includes 3-burner gas range with oven, overhead microwave with fan and light. Residential size refrigerator with freezer. Double porcelain sink with cutting board cover. Many other upgrades including 15,000 btu ducted AC with quick cool, auto light ducted furnace, larger hot water heater with bypass kit installed, hardwood floor in living/kitchen area, large slide out for dinette and sofa combination, optional triple bunks with dinette in front bedroom. Double island bed in rear bedroom with slide-out and double door closet with mirrors. Separate door to bathroom with fresh water toilet, corner garden tub/shower combination, sink with cabinet and large lighted medicine cabinet. Double entry linen closet. Outside shower, extra large grab bar on main entrance patio sliding glass doors with screen. Opposite side of trailer is rear entrance door with screen. The pop up breakfast bar and two solid wood stools help accommodate everyone at meals. This beauty sleeps 11! The sofa is a futon that folds down to a bed and both dinettes fold down to beds. Upgraded dual control sound system with tape cassette and CD player, AM/FM radio. Hard wired for satelite, crank up TV dish antenae with booster, cable TV and telephone jack. Patio awning light recepticle with switch inside trailer patio door and switch for back door porch light. We dont want to part with this trailer but must downsize because we lost our campground lot.
