Super easy to pull and because it is a fifth wheel it pulls very stable at any speed. It is light enough to pull with any full size pickup truck such as a 1500 or an F150 so there is no need to buy a special truck. It weighs 6000 lbs empty and its max weight loaded is 8000 lbs with a hitch weight of 1000 lbs. It is fully self-contained with a complete kitchen and bathroom, and sleeps 6. The kitchen has a big refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and pantry space. The bathroom has a toilet, tub/shower and sink, and the bedroom has a queen size bed. This unit is actually like new... no wear at all anywhere. It has a big slide out that makes it very roomy inside and it also has a huge awning outside. There is a nice bay window in the back of the unit that we usually have facing the woods when we camp. Makes for some very nice scenery.
