VERY CLEAN, NEW REFRIGERATOR, QUEEN SIZE BED, PLENTY OF STORAGE AND CABINET SPACE, WASHER ,DRYER HOOK UP, NEW BATHROOM FAUCETS, TWO NEW TIRES, AIR WORKS GREAT, NEW ELECTRIC TO GAS HOT WATER HEATER, SPACIOUS LIVING AREA, PHONE JACKS AND CABLE HOOK UP, ARIAL ANTENNA. WE HAVE REPLACED ALL THE BREAKERS IN THE ELECTRICAL BOX. THE FRONT JACKS ARE NEW JUST BOUGHT THEM IN MAY OF 05. THERE IS NOT ANY LEAKS OR WATER DAMAGE. WE LIVED IN IT DURING THE RAIN AND STORMS OF THIS YEARS HURRICANE SEASON IN SOUTH ALABAMA AND HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT LEAKING.FOR THE CAMPER TO BE A 1986 MODEL IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT MUSTY ODOR THAT MOST HAVE. HAS STORAGE COMPARTMENT AND HOOK UP FOR A GENERATOR. HAS A NEW BATTERY. THE CAMPER HAS BEEN SMOKED IN.THERE IS A DENT IN THE BACK RIGHT SIDE THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE PURCHASED IT. HAS TWO ENTRY DOORS, THE ONE ON THE REAR IS MISSING SOME VINYL , HAD A BLOW OUT AND PARTS OF THE TIRE KNOCKED SOME OF THE VINYL OFF.EVERYTHING WORKS ALL THE GAUGES ARE ACCURATE.ALL THE WINDOWS ROLL OUT AND HAVE SCREENS. THE SLEEPING AREA IS TALL ENOUGH TO STAND UPRIGHT WITHOUT SLUMPING OVER. THE COUCH MAKES INTO A BED AND THE TABLE MAKES A BED. ALL SLEEP VERY WELL. I CAN ALSO TELL YOU THE OVEN MAKES GREAT CORNBREAD ! WE BOUGHT IT USED, ONLY HAD IT ABOUT 1 YEAR.THE PREVIOUS OWNERS BOUGHT IT NEW AND BROUGHT IT FROM CALIFORNIA. USED IT TO LIVE IN WHILE WE WORKED OUT OF TOWN. THIS CAMPER WOULD BE PERFECT FOR A CREW WORKING STORM CLEANUP. WE HAD FOUR ADULTS LIVING IN IT AND WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM. . THANKS FOR VIEWING. THIS CAMPER IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY. PICTURE SHOWS A GOOSENECK ADAPTER HITCH THAT IS NOT INCLUDED.I WILL DELIVER WITHIN 50 MILES OF JEMISON, ALABAMA. WILL CONSIDER FURTHER MILEAGE IF FUEL IS PROVIDED. WE ARE LOCATED NEAR EXIT 219 ON I65 SOUTH. HALF WAY BETWEEN BIRMINGHAM AND MONTGOMERY ALABAMA.
