Excellent records kept. Perfect running condition. Uses no oil or any fluids. Maintained at a local PETERBUILT GARAGE. COMPLETELY REMODELED and updated throughout. New wallpaper, carpet, leather couch, swivel rocker, leather captain chairs, bed set, cabinet hardware, entire dash recovered, new upgraded furnace and controls, new hotwater heater and tank, new refer...black front...electronic controls..., new water line and pressure reducer inlet, new shocks, new tranny seal, new air cleaner for engine ($450) new batteries for engine and coach, new DVD player, new fan vent, lighted glass exterior door grab bar, XM radio and 4 new high quality speakers,new serpentine belt, new LP detector, wheel bearing all repacked, new loud air horns, new ac fans, ac generator completely serviced runs perfect. Features: 100 gal of waste storage, 45 gal of LP, hardwood in kitchen and bath,tile counters, front and rear TV, back up TV monitor, microwave-convection oven, gas range, washer-dryer, cedar lined closet, mirrored doors, lighted make-up vanity, hydraulic jacks,remote adjustable ext mirrors, lighted storage all around, docking lights, exhaust brake, lighted monitoring panel for all fluids and battery and works perfect. There are no leaks. We have completely gone through this rig in the time we have owned it. We have replaced anything that even begin to seem weak. I would not be afraid to take this rig across country several time right now! There is nothing left to fix or replace. The differences between a new one and this one are two: It doesn't have a slide and the price tag is $200,000 less. We have plenty of room without the slide and there is one less big thing to fix. Our gas mileage has averaged 9.6 without a towed and with a towed about 9mpg. I have warranty paper work and receipts for all the work. We have towed a 97 Ranger 4wd and it has the complete towing hook up attached to it. It takes less than 1 minute to hook up and disconnect. We will be selling the 97 ranger also and it would be a negotiable part of the deal.
