The unit is in immaculate condition and was only used 6-8 weeks per year at the Two Harbors Campground. The unit was stored indoors for the balance of each year at North Harbor Storage in Two Harbors (3 miles away). The reason for selling is that the owners, my in-laws, are elderly and can no longer make the summer trip to Minnesota. The owners were not smokers and had no pets. Additional upgrade options include: Bleached oak interior and cabinets, air/hydraulic brakes, two sky lights, power roof vent w/ rain sensor, 10 gallon water heater (gas/electric w/ DSI), LPG gas/smoke detector, front stabilizer, auxiliary battery, plus many extras. Must see to fully appreciate!
