I am looking for a Casita SD 16 or 17 foot or a 16 foot Scamp delux or a Scamp 5th. wheel with options such as bathroom, shower, furnace, air, and must be a late model 02 or newer in great condition.
I have a property near Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma with a 1981 14X60 mobile home in great condition on a 114X180 lot. This is a very nice vacation area which can be used as that vacation getaway or as a permanent residence, with great fishing and golf right next door, The mobile home is completely furnished and all appliances included. There is a RV hook up on the property so your traveling guests can join you there is also a newer 12X24 out building with electric and water, and air already installed which would make another guest cottage. There is plenty of room to ride and store your boats as the area has a boat landing very close by, and ATV's are welcome. The property is located in Arrowhead Estates which is right next door to Arrowhead State Park with it's great golf course.
