The camper is located in Downers Grove, Illinois. It was owned by a Dr before I bought it two years ago. It has been stored inside since it was new except for the last two years. This is a HUGE camper -- all kinds of room. The inside of the camper is in great shape. No rips or tears in the fabric anywhere -- the fabric is thick and in excellent shape. All the zippers work. Nothing leaks -- no soft wood spots. Lots of storage space. The inside lights work on DC or AC power hook up. The outside is in great shape too. Good spare tire + good tread on all 4 tires. Features: Hydroflame furnace (i have never used), Wedgewood gas range (inside or outside operation), Domestic Refridge (slight rust on racks -- clean throughout-- runs on gas, DC and AC, Atwood water heater, Carson DC power converter, Flo jet water pump, Thetford toilet, Large Awning + poles in bumper tube, Shower, King size bed, double bed and single bed, Full Curtain package, Hydraulic Surge brake system, I don't over exaggerate my descriptions -- check the feedback -- but i want to make sure you know what you are getting. 2" ball, safety brake hook up, about 200 tongue weight.
