Very good engine and fuel economy!I have invested many hours of maintenance, installed a beautiful simulated wood grain floor (Pergo type). New carpet in truck cab. Seated roof with waterproof treatment. Gas or electric refrigerator(good working order)Gas hot water heater(just serviced,good condition)Newer propane stove installed(hood vent for ventilation installed)Toilet and shower in good working order. My wife and I have decided to sell the camper to help finance a business investment. It is theperfect opportunity for a single person or small family, some minor repairs are needed, anyone with intiative can easily improve the value and rsetore it to better than new condition! I have compared the pricing and believe it is a great value for the right person. Can be used for travel immediately. I have documented all repairs including New timing chain for engine ($400)New rear axle seals and brakes($660)Hot water heater, new pilot assembly and gas line($260)Improvements I have made($500)My wife and I have owned it for three years, I drove it to Fresno,CA and back to Anacortes,Wa, about 18 miles per gallon freeway, 14 m.p.g. city driving.
