Looking for a winter home in Florida? Are you a large family and need room to breath? Do you need temporary housing with many of the comforts of a home? This lightly used 2004 travel trailer is for you. With two large slide-outs, 84-inch headroom, and 40 feet of length, there is plenty of room to relax. Yet, compact enough to move to the most remote vacation spots. This TT sleeps 9 comfortably with a separate bedroom at the front and the rear. There are lots of special features inside--the refrigerator is actually residential size, the front/living room entrance is a sliding glass door, a large kitchen with all the amenities of home, a garden tub with shower, surround sound with 27 inch TV, whole house water filtration, and lots more. This trailer comes with over two years left of a four-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. We paid 24,400 20 months ago. The NADA average is 18,410 and the warranty is worth 1200. We are asking 17,500. We are only trying to pay off the majority of our current loan. This trailer is in like new condition and has never been smoked in. The carpet and flooring are in excellent condition. The kitchen appliances are in perfect working condition. The outside has a few small scuffs and one small dent on the back right side. It is not very large and I can have it fixed if it is a big concern. We are only selling the trailer because of lost income and health problems in the family. If we could use it and did not need the money, we would love to keep the trailer. It was great for camping and my kids loved it. This trailer can easily be hauled by a ¾ ton truck. If you don’t have a truck, we are willing to move the TT anywhere in the continental U.S. (if you are willing to pay for the fuel cost). If you need a truck, we are also selling our 2001 1 ton Dodge 3500 with the Cummins diesel. Recently had a new set of brakes, fuel pump, and injection pump. On the front of the Dodge, there is a large heavy-duty grill. The tires are in good condition as well as the inside and outside of the truck. This truck looks and is tough. The Dodge comes with a transferable 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. NADA 14,500+ $2000 Warranty. Asking $13,000. Will sell as a package for $30,000.
