This is a beautiful Jayco Eagle fifth wheel, model 285. It has 1 slide and plenty of storage. The floor plan is a rear 2 Bunk House. This floor plan works well for Families with children. The super slide room has a Dinette and Flip down sofa. The interior is in excellent condition. The exterior is in fair condition. It needs a coat of wax. To the best of our knowledge, everything is in working order. It has been winterized. The carpet is in good condition. Overall the fifth wheel is in good shape, mechanically sound and ready to go camping. The tires are like new and even the spare looks new. It has a heavy duty hitch on the back of the camper to pull a boat or trailer. Surround sound DVD system included with camper; however the TV is not included. Owner is a non smoker. Camper has a clear title.
