Has owners manual. It sleeps 4; 2 on the sofabed and 2 up on top with a full size bed. Retracts towards the front when not in use. This little coach runs very good. I have no service history due to donation privacy issue but it runs good like it has a lot lower miles. The engine runs strong, oil pressure is strong as can be seen in the dash gauges photo. It's easy to start and idles very smooth. Transmission shifts nicely. All the gauages in the dash show very good readings. Runs nice and cool. Has tilt wheel and cruise control. Dash AC is cold. The interior is in very good condition. The upholstery overall is very nice. It was never smoked in. has privacy curtains around the front windshield and door windows. has another curtain for bathroom rivacy. Has a lot of cabinets and a closet. lease look at the photos closely because the photos do a lot better job than my description. A/F/Cassette player. The roof has no leak. The paint is original and is very nice. The body is great. Has minor dings or scratches. This coach is road ready. Comfortable in taking it on a long trip. 3 way Fridge. AC/DC/LPG Furnace sink stove dinnette table hidden under sofa microwave roof AC, dash AC 2 holding tanks: Fresh and Black. LPG tank Toilet with holding tank. Hot water water Fire extingusher Shore power/110V cable City water connection and fresh water holding tank Tow hitch Power converter/electric panel Has a nice set of Pathfinder RV radials from Discount Tires in near new condition. Fuel gauge is not accurate. Needle is jumpy and flickers Clean and clear CA title
