This motorhome is in excellent condition with extremely low mileage, only 2,607 miles on its Ford E450 V-10 (6.8L) Triton Gas engine/chassis.
The Sunseeker Class C motorhome from Forest River offers increased spaciousness with 7ft high ceilings that offer more headroom than the competition. Added room is achieved when both slide-outs are extended, making this a roomy home away from home. Just look at the pictures and you get a sense of how much the two slide-outs add to this coach's comfort, space and livability. No more tripping over each other and countless "excuse me-s".
Instead of the standard sleep over cab This unit has an optional front entertainment center with a deluxe 24" flat screen color TV surrounded by rich oak cabinetry, and cable hook up in the front of the coach and in the master bedroom too! You also gain oddles of storage space on either side of the entertainment/TV center.
Sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably with a walk around Queen sized bed, thanks to the spacious slide-out rear bedroom; fold down dinette and slide out living room with a couch that folds down like a futon.
The interior color is melot with a neutral tan base. The flip-up counter top means additional counterspace when you need it most. The kitchen area offers a covered 3 burner stove with oven and microwave and a stove hood with light and fan combo, a double sink and refrigerator doors with raised oak panels and a vinyl floor.
The huge, lighted wardrobe area in the bedroom provides all the space you need with a hanging area and cedar lined drawers. The bedspread and pillow shams are new and have never been used as they were packed and stored away when we first purchased the coach. There is an abundance of storage throughout the coach. Built into the wardrobe area is a TV shelf with AC receptacles and cable TV jacks. There are phone jacks in the bedroom as well as the dining area. The bedroom also offers carpeting, adjustable reading lights, stereo speaker package (which plays from cab area AM/FM/CD player)

The oversized 15,000 BTU air conditioning combined with the 2” thick side all construction allows for efficient cooling. The 30,000 BTU furnace ensures you stay warm on those cooler nights.
The Sunseeker comes equipped with a residential style porcelain toilet which is much easier to clean and is more sanitary than other manufacturer’s plastic toilets. The bathroom area offers a large, oak cabinet, double door, mirrored medicine cabinet for storage.. The bath amenity package (towel bar, tooth brush bolder and soap holder) are new and have not been installed – waiting for you decide where to place them. The bathroom area also has an electric roof vent, wall mounted mirror two privacy screens, a light switch and a shower skylight.
Additional features include: Power windows, power locks cruise control and tilt wheel, Auxiliary battery, battery disconnect, 5,000 lbs tow hitch with 7-pin connector, water heater bypass kit, water purification, 30 amp, 120 v distribution panel & 30’ cord, 55 amp, 12 volt power convertor, 6 gallon gas/electric electronic ignitions DSI hot water heater, 30,000 BTU electronic furnace, Arctic package (cold weather package), outside shower, frosted glass shower door with heavy duty frame, shower skylight, upgraded cabinetry, remote emergency start, cable TV and phone jacks, 4.0 Onan on board generator. The Convenience Center – means 1 panel does it all: prime and start the generator, check the status of the fluid levels for the fresh water, grey water, black water and LP just by pressing a button. Deluxe Awning with added SCREEN ROOM which was purchased and installed after original purchase. “Easy-dump” valve dump stations and “Easy-fill” exterior fill stations make hitting the road easy.
We will also include the ball for the hitch, a screen room which attaches to the awning and significantly increase the living space once you've landed - great for entertaining!
