If you enjoy your privacy and enjoy the coast this is the place for you. It has 2 slides opening it to 12 feet x 38 feet. It has a large bedroom with wall to wall closet, 6 drawers, tv/vcr and a queen size bed. The bathroom has a stand up shower and residential toilet (no petal pushing) It has loads of cabinet space in there and 3 drawers. The kitchen has a 3 burner stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster oven and a residential frost free freezer/fridge. In the dining area is a table and 4 chairs. The living area has 2 recliners and a queen size sofa bed. TV/vcr/dvd in the living area. It has loads of cabinets in the kitchen and living area (more behind the sofa). Outside it is underpinned and tied down AND has metal awnings that can be closed over the windows when you leave! It has a nice deck and patio that come with furniture. The lot rent is paid until July 2008 and annual will run $2,700. It is a very nice place in a small, quiet park (only has about 22 campers) and it is on a HUGE lot. Located across from the intercoastal waterway with seasonal views! It is less than 5 miles to grocery, fine dining, fast food, laundry and boat ramps. It is 10 miles to emerald isle beach and 1/2 mile to the hammocks beach state park ferry. We have bought a 5th wheel so we are motivated to sell this.
