It sleeps 7-9 people. Two king size pull-out beds, dinette makes into a bed, and the couch pulls out to a bed. With the dinette slide-out, you gain a lot of extra room. We have upgraded the thermostat, to a digital one. Lots of storage, drawers and under the dinette seats. Trailer have new tires, and alloy wheels. Spare tire is new, with cover. Registration is paid until March 2009. All Sunbrella material, zippers and windows are in excellent working condition. A/C ready. Dry weight is 2,630 lbs. Crank down stabilizers with sand pads, 30 amp/25 ft. long power cord. Swing level galley, that don’t turn upside down when you lower it.
