It's 80" wide, 84" long, and 30" high closed. Opened it is considerably larger with two double beds (one which extends out the front and one out the back.) It weighs approx 1330lbs empty and has a 1-7/8th ball with a hook-up for trailer lights. It's light enough to be towed behind pretty much any vehicle. Last summer we installed a NEW canvas top w/zip down windows, 2-new foam twin beds, NEW upholstery and bedding (2 sets of sheets, blankets, bed spreads and curtains). Installed a NEW roof-top air conditioning unit; providing plenty of air even in the most extreme conditions. I'll even throwing in a new stove and storage container w/ a cooler which mounts directly to the front (as seen in the pics). The interior has been completely modernized with all NEW work surfaces; the floor has also been repacled. It has an attached dining fly with canvas poles and ropes in the zipper pouch above the door. The steel cables used to raise & lower the roof have been updated by the local Coleman/Fleetwood dealer, to ensure years of trouble free camping. Simply arrive, crank-&-go.. The camper has a full size spare; you can see the spare tire on one of the pictures. All four tires on the trailer are less than two years old (with very low miles).
