You won't find one in better shape! Loaded and ready to go! Sleeps 5 (full size bed, single bunk, table converts to a bed, couch converts to a bed), comes with surround sound, built-in DVD player, ready for TV, cable hookup, exterior shower with hot and cold water, microwave, stove, oven, HUGE refrigerator and freezer, shower, bathtub, tiolet, bathroom fan with vent and exterior vent cover added, spare tire, retractable awning, 2 propane tanks, battery, air conditioning, heater, inside thermostat control and electronic tank monitor, 4 stabilizing jacks and so much more! TONS of storage space and cupboards, plus an outside access door to a monster storage compartment under the full size bed. I'm also including the full hitch setup (receiver hitch, weight distribution bars). Lightweight 4335 dry weight tows like a dream behind my 2006 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab (which is also for sale). Extremely easy to drive, even for a first-time RV owner (as I am). I am the original owner and the trailer has been impeccably maintained. It has only taken out a handful of times. Everything works exactly like new, no dents, no damage, etc.
