It was the top of the line in it's day and sold for $54,000. The features in this trailer include: Exterior Roof and Side Walls are aluminum, front and rear caps are fiberglass TWO roof mounted and ducted AC Units, both work well. 10 gal gas and electric hot water heater 7.7 cubic ft refer that was replaced in fall of 2005 23,000 btu furnace, ducted and the storage and holding tanks are also kept warm as the whole under belly is sealed.Furnace serviced last November and fan replaced MorRyde suspension Day night shades. 4 season insulation. 2 slideouts, 1x14ft for lounge dining, 1 in bedroom slideout topper awning for lounge dining awnings on bedroom, lounge & dining windows, also large 20ft awning on entrance side. All are the 9000 model with aluminum cover when up. Free standing oak dining set. Washer Dryer hookup. Glass door shower with skylight.
