Buyer Resources     LISTING PHOTOS Click photo to enlarge The exterior is in great shape, this unit wasn't pulled down the road much, it has lived in the shade. The awning has an afternoon sun shade included with it, it also has hydraulic rams on the awning arms. The rear kitchen makes it easy to entertain in. The stove and fridge are upgrades. All of the cabinets fronts are solid oak. The microwave exhaust hood vents to the out side. The 50th Anniversary Edition adds Leaded glass to the solid oak cabinets. There is a lot of storage in the RV both inside and out The swivel rocker and the AM / FM / Cassette make it nice to relax in... It is wired for cable vhf / uhf and phone too. The tripod on the floor is for the 5th wheel to stabilize it when parked, it goes with the unit too. The 16 foot slide out is the largest you can put in a 30.5 foot unit. The couch and the seating in the kitchen all slide out. Basically the whole side on the main floor goes out. The bedroom is a full height walk in. It has the solid oak cabinets with leaded glass too. It has a lot of closet space. The shower is large with a small seat in it. It has a skylight above it and as well. This a view looking up towards the bedroom. There is a pocket door for privacy in the bathroom / shower area. It also has a reguler door for the toilet / sink area. The bathroom has a powered vent in the roof. This is a look at the mirrored closet in the upper bedroom. A view looking down thru the bathroom to the living room. The rear kitchen makes it nice to intertain while cooking The microwave and exhaust fan (hood) vent outside The stove is an upgrade too. It has two burners in the rear and one large burner in the middle front. There is an outdoor shower on this side, just in front of the slide. Rear ladder and Luggage rack on top. This shows the rams on the awning arms. There is a sun shade that deploys with the awning that comes straight to the ground to block the afternoon sun. 50th Anniversary Edition and 30.5 foot length Every thing including the kitchen sink... The slide is all the way in in this picture as well as all of the others... When it is deployed, the floor space almost doubles. Gotta have one of these for sure!!! There is oak cabinetry in the bathroom as well. The exterior plumbing for the waste and fresh water will all go with the unit too.
