This trailer is presently located in southwest New Mexico, in a adult rv park. We're seeking snowbirds to purchase this trailer because it would not necessarily have to be relocated, unless the purchaser would like to move it to another location or rv park. Please contact me for details about the rv park that the trailer is presently parked at, I'll be glad to inform you. Trailer park has wifi, phone line available, dsl availability, high speed internet availability, rent is approximately $165.00 per month, and electricity costs about $100.00 per month with air conditioner use in summer months, and is much lower during winter months. Cheap Living at it's best! Free cable tv. Pets ok. Club house w/activites including pot luck dinners and bingo!
This trailer is ideal for 2 snowbirds, a retired couple, single retired gentleman or gentlewoman. Rear bunks can be reinstalled in original condition if purchaser wishes for the grandchildren, at no extra charge. Rear bunk area can also be utilized as your closet or pantry.
Living in southwest New Mexico is relatively inexpensive, compared to locations in Arizona or Nevadaor Florida, and the weather is usually always very mild in the winter months, with very little if any snowfall.
Trailer will be in "move in condition" for new owners.
NADA Value is between $7,195.00 and $8,720.00.
No couch, love seat or chairs, area in front of king sized bed is 5.5' x 5.5 feet and would be ample space for easy chairs, etc..
Since we're living in this trailer, a new owner would have to give us ample time to vacate it, and allow enough time for cleaning, thanks for looking.
