Luxurious leather-like, wrap-around U-shaped sofa. Lots of cabinets and drawers. Slide-out storage pantry. Inside/outside showers, 10 foot Awning, and an attached spacious 9 foot Screen Room for more living space!! 19" flat screen color TV. AM/FM/CD 4 speaker Stereo ,TV Antenna w/Booster, TV Satellite Dish (without receiver). 3.6 KW Gas generator. Dual 30# LPG tanks with automatic changeover, six-gallon auto-relight Hot Water Heater, forced-air 20K BTU Furnace with auto ignition and thermostat, and a 45-amp converter are included. 13.5K BTU Air conditioning, roof vent and bathroom skylight, and Fantastic Fan. Water heater bypass/winterizing valve system, and ducted heat to the holding tanks, LPG gas/ smoke detector. All weather package. Luggage Rack and Ladder. I added an inverter (wired to inside outlets), bedroom clock, shelves above the windows in bedroom. Wood-framed, topped with a one-piece sheet aluminum roof. Sears cargo pod on roof.
Non-smoking, no pets, smells new. Presently in Flagstaff, AZ. Later will be in Tucson, AZ.
