The house will now be finished in March 2010. The Alfa has a total of 10 hours road time since birth and has been on our lot since July of 2006. It has had TLC and has been kept in mint condition, with us using it 1-2 times a month for 2-3 days at a time. This is not a full time live in trailer, only used to check on construction and r&r. Alfa is a high end luxury 5th wheel with top of the line construction and materials. It has a 27000 BTU basement air conditioning with heat pump that is whisper quiet and very cold. A 35,000 BTU furnace never used in Florida. Complete kitchen with double refrigerator,/ freezer. Two TVs DVD surround sound and basic satellite box. No generator, but a complete compartment is standard to hold a generator. Largest slide out in the business , 16.5 x 4.9 feet. King size bed with pullout couch bed in living room. Outside shower, room for 4 batteries , A/C converter, solar charger. R-20 roof and floor insulation, R-11 sidewalls. Massive interior storage, very comfortable living. Has the best open concept due to very large windows all around, open feel with large windows and 8 ft ceiling in living area. No caustophobia in this trailer.Top quality windows all around with screens. 35 inch fiberglass shower.Has all the bells and whistles expected in a high end trailer.Located in Suwannee County Florida. 32071.
