This coach is in excellent condition and is 37’ L, 8’ W, 12’8”H. Owned by non smoker with no pets. Dual ducted Roof Air Conditioning and heating as well as floor gas furnace with remote control with “I feel” feature to keep the temperature just right wherever you are in the coach. There are also power front leveling jacks, front patio awning, three slide outs for larger bedroom, dining, and living rooms. Basement storage below the bedroom, walk around queen bed with overhead/under bed storage and a mirrored wardrobe closet which has washer/drier hookups. The large open living area contains a computer desk w/ chair, two swivel reclining rockers and sofa sleeper. In the split Bath there is a large full glass corner shower and a Vanity with sink as well as ample storage. Under the sink cabinet is a pass-through to basement. Kitchen includes a large pantry, four Burner stove with Oven, over range Microwave, Refrigerator, freezer, double sink. The entertainment center has a flat screen TV with DVD player, is also wired for satellite and cable hookups, and has surround sound stereo speakers throughout ready to connect to your receiver. Other features include day/night shade, carpeting/tile, ceiling fan and Oak cabinetry which add to the decor of this coach. Also included with the coach are the waste water dump hoses and connections, portable waste tote tank, fresh water hose, and a tripod stabilizer for the tongue.
